Rose & Womble Realty Company is pleased to announce that several members of our New Homes Division have been recently recognized for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Sales and Marketing Council’s ‘Nationals’ annual awards presentation.
The following team members have earned Silver Awards.
- Sales Manager of the Year, Dianne Gordonn
- Online Sales Consultant of the Year, Jennifer Barkan
- Sales Team of The Year, Julie Scott and Deloris Morgan
Silver Award winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award. Gold Awards in each category will be presented as part of the International Builders Show
Dianne Gordonn has been the General Manager of Rose & Womble’s New Homes Division since 2011. She came to Rose & Womble in 2005 where she began to work as the Projects/Sales Manager Mixed Use Development.
Jennifer Barkan is the face of the popular ‘Ask Jen’ program for Rose & Womble, an online campaign that began in 2013. Ms. Barkan was also the winner of a Silver Award in 2014 for Online Sales Consultant of the Year.
Julie Scott and Deloris Morgan are the sales representatives for the Hearndon Construction communities of Dominion Meadows and Lakes of Joliff, plus a Homearama house in Parkside at Bennett’s Creek. Ms. Scott has been with Rose & Womble for 10 years. She holds an Associate Broker’s license as well as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation from the National Assocation of REALTORS®. Ms. Morgan has been with Rose & Womble for over 29 years and holds a Masters in Residential Marketing (MIRM) and CSP REALTOR® designations and she is also an Associate Broker.
The ‘Nationals’ salutes and honors the best in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity, and endurance.
